Are you a night owl?

PEOPLE WHO STAY AWAKE TILL LATE NIGHT ARE MORE INTELLIGENT THAN THE PEOPLE WHO GO TO BED EARLY AND RISE EARLY FOR THE DAY

Are you a kind of person who stays up late into the night (night owl) reading, writing, working on your computer or tinkering?

Some research has found that night owls and those who rise up later actually are smarter and more creative than their early rising peers.

Here are some reasons why night owls are smarter.

       ▫They have "evening strength"
The biggest practical difference between early birds and night owls is the time that they maximize.
Early birds boost their morning by waking up before everyone else to attain tasks like working out or getting ready for work. On the other hand night owls maximize the evenings.
"A recent study aimed to discover when each group was strongest. They tested early birds and night owls through out the day and found that night owls hit their peak strength at 9 P. M
This is because central nervous system and spinal cord excitability are each peaking at same time. Early birds, on the other hand never reach this same level of strength because their central nervous system and spinal cord excitability never line up at the same time. They hit the peak around 9 A.M"

▫They are more likely to experience creative breakthroughs
Night owls break out energy in the evenings to put forward things like creativity endeavour, invention and allow to experience pure imagination by not getting caught up in the logistics of our ideas.

          ▫They are less stressed
Early birds often have higher levels of stress hormone cortisol, which stay high all day. However night owls are often much more relaxed, as they don't recieve the same amount of cortisol in the morning.
Early birds were more likely to suffer from muscle aches, headaches and cold symptoms. They were also more likely to feel angry throughout the day and worn out at the end of the day than the night owl peer.

             ▫They have strategic thinking abilities
Night owls often struggle to sleep and the dark brings them peace and solitude. During this time night owls examine their lives and the world around them, making them more strategic thinkers and helping them to effectively deal with their issues and problems.

▫They may have a higher IQ
